We provide joint services with the hospital and we have a midwife who attends the surgery twice a week. Once your pregnancy is confirmed, you will need to attend the surgery to collect an antenatal self-referral form; this then needs to be taken to the hospital, along with photo ID to book your appointments with the antenatal team.
